Check-in
From 15:00. Arriving late? Tell us and the night porter will wait up.
Check-out
By 11:00. Bags can stay at the desk all day.
Breakfast
7:30 to 11:00 in the garden room, included in every rate.
Payment
Card or cash at the desk. We take a card to hold the room and charge on arrival.
Getting here
Metro line E from the airport to Trindade, then ten minutes downhill on foot. A taxi takes about 25 minutes.
Parking
None at the house. The Infante car park is 400 metres away.
Cancellation
Free up to seven days before arrival. After that, we charge the first night.
Access
A lift to every floor. Two first-floor rooms have step-free bathrooms.
Before you arrive
Can we check in early?
Rooms are ready from 15:00. Arrive earlier and we will keep your bags, pour you a coffee and send a message when your room is ready.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel up to seven days before arrival at no charge. After that, we charge the first night.
Is there a lift?
Yes, to every floor. Two first-floor rooms have step-free bathrooms; ask for them when you book.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, for 15 euros a night. Dogs are welcome everywhere except the restaurant.
