Description
Silvaner was the grape of this village long before Riesling. We keep the oldest block we have and pick it late. Fermented in large cask, no new wood. A wine for the table more than the glass on its own.
Silvaner from vines planted in 1958. Herbs, pear skin and a soft, round middle.
