Every year leaves its mark. Here is what each recent vintage was like, in a few plain lines.
2025
A dry summer until August, then rain at the right time. Clean, golden fruit with the acidity still high: bright, precise wines.
2024
Frost in April took a third of the crop. What was left is small, concentrated and quiet for now, with more stone than fruit.
2023
Warm and generous. The Riesling is open and ripe, and it gave us the best Pinot Noir we have made.
2022
Heat and an early harvest. We picked the Hohe Mauer at dawn to keep its freshness; it is the most powerful wine it has ever given.
